CLASSES
Classes are a great way to introduce your child to the world of gymnastics, cheer, tumbling and ninja! We offer a variety of classes for every age, skill, and interest level!
KINDER GYM
This class is designed for boys and girls ages 4 to 6 boys and girls. Students will learn basic gymanstics skills, eye hand coordination, balance, and motor skills. Classes have a 1 to 6 ratio.
TUMBLING
This class is designed for boys and girls ages 9 & up. Studetns will learn round-offs, back handsprings, back tucks, layouts, and fulls. Students are grouped in beginners, intermediate, and advanced classes based on individual skill level and age. Classes have a 1 to 10 ratio.
NINJA WARRIOR
This class is designed for boys and girls ages 7 & up. Students will endure sports conditioning training. This class will be GREAT to stay in shape during off seasons. Classes have a 1 to 10 ratio.
CHEER/TUMBLE
This class is designed for cheerleaders of all ages. Students learn stunting skills, motions, jumps, chants, cheers, and dances. It also includes basicto advanced tumbling. Classes have a 1 to 10 ratio.
GYMNASTICS
This class is designed for girls ages 6 to 10. Students will learn gymnastics skills on the four olympic events - vault, bars, balance beam, and floor excercies. Classes have a 1 to 8 ratio.
COMPETITIVE TEAMS
GYMSTARS
Teams consist of Compulsory Level 2 through Optional Levels. Girls of all ages may complete in Excel, AAU, and USA divisions. Each team is coached by certified members of USA Gymnastics and AAU and attend multiple local and regional meets throughout the season. Please check the team information page for more details.
CHEERSTARS
USASF full- and half-year teams offer opportunities for girls of all ages and ability levels. In a 2.5 minute routine, these all-star cheer leaders show off tumbling, jumps, stunting, and dance based on theVarsity All Star Scoring system. We participate in several competitions throughout the year focusing on the growth of individual athletes as well as the team as a whole. See our team page for more info!
